This heavy duty gear driven tenderizer allows you to convert a poor quality piece of tough meat into a tasty and savory tenderized cut. Hundreds of tenderizing blades go into the muscle fibers cutting off sinew. The result of this entire process is a quality cut of meat, which will cook faster and be much more enjoyable to chew.

Optional strip cutting blades allow you to cut strips of chicken or steak.
