Dual Action Knife Sharpener:
Top mounted and available for use at all times. Stones edge swings clear of blade when not in use. Stones return automatically to exact original position for repeated precision sharpening. Pressure of the stones against the blade is regulated by simple finger pressure. Grinding and Honing stone can be used independently or simultaneously.

Knife & Knife Motor:
The solid blade with a hollow ground and high angle non-smear bevel is made from the finest stainless steal alloy obtainable with stain resistant finish. Knife rotates on dual bearing hub for smooth even slicing. Detachable for easy servicing.

Gravity Feed Chute:
Ribbed non-smear set at a 30º degree angle. Gravity feed reduces hand pressure needed when slicing, feeding of product requires no manual or spring pressure. Handles largest items in minimal space.

Sanitary Features:
Streamlined design rounded corners plus quick disassembling without tools make thorough cleaning practical and easy.
