This superbly efficient undercounter glasswasher from Lamber (model S480ekdps) is a high temperature appliance and is dependable, cost efficient and easy to use. With its included drain pump, this ware washing appliance would be ideal for any commercial restaurant or food service operation. This glass washer has built-in high temp boosters, so no additional sanitizers are required; the wash cycle features a “soft start” that initiates the soap and rinse pumps. The digital controls are intuitive and simple to operate and the washer is so efficient it can operate with water consumption that can be as low as a half gallon per wash cycle. Rugged and easy to clean, this washer is built of high quality stainless steel (AISI 304 18/10) inside and out. Two glasses baskets are included, as well as a saucer insert and cutlery container. The top and bottom rinse arms are stainless steel and this U.L.-certified washer will clean about 30 racks per hour.
