You're viewing our Sausage Maker flat collagen casings 100mm (3-7/8" x 22") makes 70+ lbs. TSM's popular flat collagen casings are made for cappicola, semi-dry cure bologna, mortadella and thuringer. These non-edible casings do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature. Soak casings in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt prior to using. A single 22" casing will hold up to 7-8 lbs. of raw finished product, be sure not to overstuff casings. Casings are 22" long and 3-7/8" wide when stuffed. Includes 10 casings per package.
