This casing is also popular in making dry cured pepperoni. Makes up to 140 lbs. sausage. 1 lb of meat will use about 1-1/2 feet of casing. Soak the hog casings then with the plastic still on, slide one end over the stuffing tube and remove the plastic on the other end. TSM natural casings hold ground meats securely in place to produce delicious, savory sausages every time. The package makes up to 140 lbs. of homemade sausage. Cannot ship outside U.S.
