Preparing and stuffing your own homemade sausage links is a great way to prepare fresh, heathy and delicious meat products. Many sausage stuffers are a bit too large for home use, however so you should look carefully at this five-pound stuffer (model 86-0501-W) not only smaller-capacity, but of excellent quality, and manufactured by a respected name in food service products, Weston. This vertical sausage stuffer is great for preparing Italian sausage, fresh game brats, kielbasa, and more. Includes four funnels or stuffing tubes, allowing you to make everything from deli meats to snack sticks. The stuffer canister is stainless steel and tilts forward for ease in loading. A pressure release valve helps remove air pockets from the sausage product. Rubber feet add stability (they also help protect your countertop work surface. Includes full instructions on disassembly and cleaning.
