Easily strain tomatoes with Weston Metal Tomato Strainer, Model# 07-1201-W. Effortlessly extract pulp and seeds for homemade sauces and purees.
Peeling, coring and then processing tomatoes in order to separate skins, cores and seeds from puree can be a pain but not when you have this efficient hand-crank tomato strainer from Weston (model 07-1201-W. This manual strainer works great with pears, too and apples, and berries, and squash, and grapes and you may come up with some produce we haven't thought of. Complete instructions for prepping these various foodstuffs are included with purchase. Splash guard and chute are stainless steel; the chute directs your strained puree into your container placed underneath. The feed hopper has a one-gallon capacity and includes a wooden stomper (to push your produce down into the strainer. This appliance mounts sturdily to your countertop using either the suction-cup base or by tightening an included c-clamp.
