This shredder disk (model Z8) is a replacement disk designed for use in the Skyfood food processors Master Sky and Master Sky Ss (.75-horsepower models. Pa-11S. This processor disk has medium-size holes of 5/16" (8mm), great for grating cheeses, carrots, cabbage for cole slaw, nuts, etc. Note: care is needed when using this disk; cutting edges are very sharp.
