Shipping and handling charges are based on item weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and shipping method. Certain marked items qualify for free ground shipping in the contiguous United States using the "Saver Shipping" method (excludes HI, AK, and US Territories). Express Shipments (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select), will be shipped on the same day if placed before 11am EST / 8am Pacific.

All Freight shipments are sent signature require. If the adult isn't at the location on the time of delivery, the product will be taken by the carrier which may result in additional delivery fees for your shipment to be redelivered. It is your responsibility to inspect the product for any defects or damages prior to signing for your delivery. If you find damages you must do the following:
Step 1: Clearly note the damage on the receipt and refuse delivery. Do not sign for the damaged materials.
Take clear pictures of the damaged goods along with the packaging materials for inspection if applicable.
Notify Meat Processing Products within 24 hours or 1 business day from time of attempted delivery.
If you do not note any of the damage on the delivery receipt we cannot guarantee any compensation. If you accept delivery and note the damage on the receipt there is no guarantee of any compensation. By signing your name on the delivery receipt you are stating that you have received the package without damage and in perfect condition.
Freight Accessory Fee:
Lift-gate ($45.00) and courtesy calls ($20.00) are considered a freight accessory. To save the most on your order, we recommend shipping to a commercially zoned business address with a fork lift or loading dock on site to avoid any fees. If you did not select an accessory upon checkout and one is needed for delivery, the fee may be higher than what is listed above.
Limited Access may be considered military bases, construction sites, churches, campgrounds, zoos, hospitals and or small strip malls. Trucking companies charge additional fees to accommodate the additional time it may take to unload. These are generally commercial establishments that are not open to the walk-in public, during normal business hours. Depending on your location and zone, and additional fee may be required if you fall in a limited access range. You will be contacted by customer service if your order meets this criteria before your order is shipped.
Residential Shipping Fee:
We may include a fee for delivering "oversized" or "freight" items to a residential zoned address, such as a home or an apartment and/or home based business (where zoned for residential). If your address at checkout is a residential address, you may be charged an additional fee. This is because we incur higher delivery-service costs when delivering "oversized" or "freight" items to a residential address. The residential fee may be calculated based on the number of items, weight, or item price, and will not exceed $150 per order. This fee covers delivery to a residential with lift gate accessory included. We recommend any "oversized" or "freight" item to ship to a commercially zoned business address where a fork lift or loading dock is present to avoid additional fees.
We cannot ship to a post office box at this time, please supply a physical address when checking out. Some international orders may not accepted due to shipping restrictions on certain items.
Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Parts, food and vacuum sealer bag items are not returnable. (In the case of back ordered items you have 30 days from receipt of merchandise.) If the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, we may refuse to accept this as a valid return. Please remember, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number on all returns. Unauthorized packages may be refused with no refund. Shipping charges from the order will not be refunded. Non-defective returns may be subject to a minimum $25 or 25% return processing fee (greater one). The return tracking number must be provided to us otherwise no credit will be issued. All returns are paid in US currency.
Here's how to Return Something:
Step 1 - Obtain RMA#:
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting Customer Service by telephone or email. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the return shipping label only. DO NOT write anything on the box. Packages received without an RMA number may be returned to you at your cost or destroyed. We will only provide an RMA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. RMA numbers will not be issued for items that have been used or that do not have all the original materials and packaging. All returns once received back to the appropriate warehouse will be inspected and this process generally takes 1-3 weeks.
Step 2 - Return Address:
Some products are shipped to you from our fulfillment warehouses or manufacturer direct, and the return address may vary from where it was shipped from. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time of the RMA request. No credit will be issued unless the return tracking number is provided to us by email or phone. Failure to return the items to the appropriate warehouse will result with no credit issued.
Step 3 - Return Shipping:
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Meat Processing Products .com warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier of your choice. If an item ships ground it must returned ground, if an item ships freight, it must be returned freight. You must email Meat Processing Products the return tracking number within 48 hours after you have shipped the return.
Step 4 - Refund:
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the product minus the applicable return fees once the product has been received and inspected. Shipping cost associated with your order will not be refunded. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 4-6 weeks from the time the inspection has been completed for the returned product to receive your refund check from Meat Processing Products.com.
International orders may be subject to border taxes (e.g. customs duties, import taxes, VAT, etc.) payable prior to retrieving your package in accordance with local laws in your country. Additionally, UPS often charges an "Arbitrage Fee" for processing your package through customs (note: to avoid Arbitrage Fees, you can select US Mail Priority International as your shipping option). We are not able to know in advance whether any taxes or fees will be applicable to your package at the time of delivery or at what amount such taxes or fees may be. MeatProcessingProducts.com is not responsible for any arbitrage fees or taxes you may be required to pay to accept your package. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs and applicable return fees. All International orders are paid in US currency and refunded in US currency only.
If a product is received that is defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer to have them deem defective. Return shipping is our responsibility. We will issue a replacement if we can. Otherwise, a credit will be issued for the product less original shipping cost, as that service was fulfilled.
Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer or fulfillment supplier warehouse. Any shipment other than freight that arrives damaged will require a picture of the product and packaging. All damages needs to be reported in 24 hours from the date of delivery. Any shipment including freight that was refused due to damage will not be credited until the claim has been closed. A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock. We offer a complete range of delivery options. All options, however, may not be available for oversized items, items exceeding 70 lbs, or orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military address, or US territories.
For the security of our customers, we verify every order to ensure YOU actually placed the order. By submitting an order online or via phone, your order is subject to payment approval before your order ships. You will be contacted by customer service if your order meets this criteria.
Orders already submitted to the warehouse may be too far in the shipping process to cancel. We will try our best and confirm with you. Meat Processing Products .com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. All Pre-Orders are non-cancellable. Any cancelled orders will be paid in US currency.
