Product Description

Effortlessly slice bacon and other meats with precision using the Pro-Cut 12" Gear Driven Meat Slicer (Model# KMS-12). ETL-certified for reliable performance.

This meat-slicer from Pro-Cut, model Kms-12, is an electric slicer that is similar to the same manufacturer's model Kds-12, except that this model is gear-driven rather than belt-driven a gear-drive provides a more direct transmission of power from the slicer's 1/3-horsepower motor to the slicing rotation of the stainless steel blade. A sharpener is included so you can keep the German-made 12" blade razor-sharp at all times. Slice thickness on the Kms-12 can be adjusted, to a maximum thickness of one-and-a-half inches. The meat-feed tray sits at a 45-degree angle a true "gravity feed" for ease in slicing. This slicer is E.T.L.-approved and is made in North America.
