The 3.5-inch-deep tray on this powerful #22 commercial grinder is oversized, so you can keep the production feed churning: this tray is stainless steel and measures 30.2" long by 16.1" wide. The grinder cabinet, also stainless steel, houses a powerful one-horsepower motor with a transmission driven by precision-engineered steel gears. There's a safety guard on the aperture to the feed throat, to protect your hands the throat leads to a heavy-duty cast iron grinder head that accepts standard #22 grinder knives and plates. A chopper knife and 3/16" plate are included with purchase; please order any additional knives and plates you want at time of order. E.T.L.-certified. This grinder is recommended for 3 hours of continuous use, with 15 minute rest period between grinds.
