This new innovation AMP-400E is a dough ball opener, flattener and formers from Skyfood Equipment which offers efficiency and convenience in the pizza making process. It allows the process of making pizzas to be more efficient while maintaining the same precision and traditional flavor as those of master pizzaolos. It can make up to 240 pies per hour. The AMP-400Es unique hands-free process opens a dough ball, flattens it and form a pizza pie with a crust all in 10 seconds. The AMP-400E allows you to make pizzas up to 15 Ύ inches in diameter. Its similar to the AMP-500E but makes different size pizzas. Comes with 3 plates, allowing you to form pies with crust in various sizes to satisfy your needs.
