Product Description

This splendid Excalibur dehydrator (model 3926tb) has nine plastic trays measuring 15 inches square, for a total drying area of 15 square feet. Ideal for the drying of nuts, herbs, vegetables and fruits, as well as jerky meats and fruit puree for tasty fruit roll-ups; this dryer also can be utilized in helping dough rise and in making homemade yogurt. Thermostatically-controlled air is efficiently circulated by the unit's seven-inch fan (range of drying temperature is 105 degree 165 degreeF. The included 26-hour timer completes the package. Made in the U.S.A.

    Used it once and made excellent jerky! Only four stars due to one time use. Well constructed and runs relatively quiet. I would buy this product again. This is my first dehydrator.
