Busy high-end restaurants know how essential it is to have properly-chilled wine ready on hand for large functions and this cooler cabinet from Eurodib (model USF168S) is a useful and capacious storage refrigerator and it serves a display function as well, both because it's got a glass front door and also because it's very good looking, with a sleek modern design. This cabinet stands about 6 feet tall and has 15 shelves made out of beech-wood; when fUll the box holds 165 bottles. Powered with regular 120V current the fan-forced evaporator supplies cooling for a "single temperature" system with an adjustable range of 41-64 degreeF (5-18 degreeC. The frame for the front glass door is stainless steel and with its elegant black finish this versatile storage and dispay cabinet would be a great choice for any high end caterer or banquet hall - or for your high end home, if you do a lot of entertaining.
