Product Description
An ideal commercial slicer for low to medium volume food service operations, this manual slicer from Eurodib is easy to disassemble, clean and operate. Encased in a durable anodized aluminum housing, the 400W belt-drive motor powers a stainless steel 14 inch blade; a blade sharpener is included. Great for deli meats and produce this low-maintenance slicer has numerous safety features including a waterproof emergency cut-off switch and plexiglass protector visor mounted on the meat carriage. This unit will produce slices of.1" to.6" thickness; the meat slicing "window" measures about 6.25" across. E.T.L. certified, this sturdy and dependable meat slicer runs on regular 120V electricity and will provide years of dependable service.
