You’re viewing our Sausage Maker pre-tied clear collagen casings – 65 mm (2-1/2" x 18") – makes 50 lbs. These clear smoked collagen casings are ideal for making smaller salami and summer sausages. TSM's collagen casings are made to be stronger and more durable to withstand tight stuffing without bursting. Comes with one end of each casing pre-tied with a loop for easy hanging. The casings are made of sturdy cattle hide and are edible. Keep casings refrigerated. The casings are edible and approximately 2-1/2 lbs. when stuffed. 20 casings per package. Stuffing capacity per package: 50 lbs.
