The Bayou Banjo cooker has a one-piece welded steel frame and its 10" cast iron burner produces a minimum 138,000 BTUs, making it one of the sturdiest and powerful commercial cookers on the market. The cooker's powerful burner boils large pots of water quickly and the 16" grill spread holds pots up to 120 quarts in size. This portable cooker is only 9-3/4" high with a stable welded steel frame, making it a great choice for outdoor safety and functionality.     My only regret is not having purchased the Banjo Cooker years ago. The burner is about 4 inches below the pot and there is only about an inch between the bottom of the pot and the shield that surrounds the burner. Almost all the heat gets to the pot and it came to a boil much faster than our previous burner.
