Alfa International's N.S.F.-approved slicer knife assembly (model VS-12KDS) is designed to work in Alfa's VS-12 vegetable slicer power attachment but it also works in Hobart's O.E.M. version, the VS9 (this unit may not fit other manufacturer's equivalent vegetable slicers). Stainless steel S-knife can be lowered or raised thanks to the adjusting knob, making thickness calibration easy. 6 month warranty. Make sure to hand wash. For power attachments powered by standard Hobart-style #12 hubs. N.S.F.-certified. Hobart O.E.M.#: 00-315093.
