Product Description
This Hobart-style disk holder (model Vs-12dh) is designed to work in Alfa International's Gs-12 power attachment, which is itself a high-quality aftermarket version of Hobart's Vs9 grater/shredder. Alfa's disc holder fits a Number 12 (9/16") Hobart-style power hub (commonly found on many electric mixers and meat grinders. N.S.F.-approved, this disk holder holds a standard shredding disk, which is 9.25 inches in diameter (shredding disks sold separately. An included brass collar keeps the disk holder stable when the holder is rotating. Note: this disk holder will fit both Alfa's Gs-12 and Hobart's Vs9. It may not fit other grater-shredders made by other manufacturers. This component should be hand-washed only (not in a dishwasher.
