Schermer Penetrating Captive Bolt Stunners w/ Elongeted Bolt, Model# KL

This high-quality penetrating livestock stunner (model Kl), sold by the Schermer company, is manufactured in Germany to the highest standards of the packhouse industry and meets U.S.D.A. standards. This is a lightweight stunner (approximately seven pounds) and is suitable for one-handed use. The durable, heavy duty construction of the stunner is one selling point; so is the simplicity of the powerful design: this stunner simply is constructed of fewer parts than are comparable units on the market today. The Kl is similar to Schermer’s Kr stunner except that it has an extra-long penetrating bolt; this stunner is suitable for use with large livestock – heavy bulls and similar animals. The ignition system uses black powder C-5 cartridges and spent cartridges are ejected automatically. A built-in trigger safety system prevents accidental discharge of the stunner.
