Product Description

Alfa's Cheese Easy Cutter CE2 is a heavy-duty stainless steel tool for cheese shops and delis. Non-slip feet and wires with handles included.

The Cheese Easy Cutter (model Ce2) from Alfa International is made of heavy duty stainless steel designed for cheese shops, supermarkets, delis and pizzerias. Non-slip rubber feet provide stability. The replacement Stainless Steel cutting wire will handle most sizes and shapes of cheese. A table bracket is included, which can be bolted to the edge of your work counter to prevent the unit from moving during operation. Note: this cheese-cutter uses 24" wires. For a larger version of this same cutter that uses 36" wires, use model # Ce1.
