It's powerful, energy efficient 1 horsepower motor is gear driven with precision, heat treated steel gears for maximum durability. The AMG-12 features a motor overload safety switch and reverse switch. With production capacity of 480lbs per hour, the AMG-12 has output to match its top quality components. ETL approved for safety and sanitation, the AMG-12 is constructed of seamless stainless steel and conforms to NSF Standard #8 for sanitation. The AMG-12 comes complete with Stainless Steel Grinder Head, cylinder, ring, worm and pan, 1 cutting knife, 1 sausage stuffing tube, 1 meat stomper, and 2 grinding plates (1/4" and 5/16" grind size).
