Adaptable 40-quart mixer bowl for Hobart Classic models. Fits larger mixers with adapter ring. Made from heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel. Not for Legacy mixers.
This adaptable mixer bowl 40VBWLA is designed for use with a Hobart Classic mixers, models H600, H600D, P660, L800, L800D, M802, V1401 and V1401U. Capacity is 40 quarts, this bowl must be used with adapter ring (item 60-30BA, sold separately). This 40-quart bowl is designed to fits on larger mixers 60, 80 and 140 quart Hobart Classic mixers. This bowl will NOT fit a Hobart Legacy mixer. Older "Classic" Hobart Mixers were the best commercial mixers made and Alfa makes the finest aftermarket replacement bowls & accessories for these classic mixers. Satin-finished of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel, Alfa bowls are NSF approved and meet all US government specifications. Contact us with questions.
