Product Description

This Alfa International aftermarket 10-quart "E"-style dough hook (model alfa-10d) fits a Hobart "Classic" C100 mixer. By common agreement "Classic" Hobart Mixers were the finest commercial mixers ever made. Alfa International in its turn manufactures the finest aftermarket replacement dough hooks for these mixers. Made of cast aluminum, N.S.F.-approved. (This accessory, like all accessories for "Classic" Hobart mixers, twists into place and will not fit a Hobart Legacy mixer. Hobart O.E.M. # is 00-61858.
