Adcraft Heater Proofer Contol Drawer, Model PW-120H

This control drawer features an L.E.D.-illuminated thermostat that gives the operator complete control over the cabinet temperature (maximum temperature 185 degreeF) and the unit's range of humidity; this drawer can be removed, and the operator does not need to open the unit door in order to adjust the humidity or temperature. The temperature control knobs appear to the right and left of the switch that toggles between the heating and proofing modes. The unit's power cord attaches to this drawer via an access aperture in the cabinet rear.
