This 1/3-horsepower Portable Oil Filtration System from the Black Diamond division of Adcraft (model Of-40) will preserve and extend the working life of your deep fryer oil, saving you money while improving the freshness and flavor of your fried foods. This easily portable, all-stainless steel unit rolls on four swivel caster wheels and the low profile of this compact unit is designed to easily fit under many deep fryer drains. Cleaning and filtering up to forty pounds of oil at a time (at a rate of about 1.3 gallons of oil each minute), this filtration unit has a switch for Power on/off and a separate "Pump" power switch controlling the start/stop function of the oil filtration process. Oil is transferred to the filtration unit via a flexible, removeable filter hose, five feet in length; the hose has a nozzle of stainless steel and a cool-touch handle. Includes a filter mesh, stainless steel gasket, rubber gasket and a stainless steel cover to protect the unit when it's not in use.
