Product Description
Conveniently enabled for operation with either natural gas or LP fuel, this countertop radiant charbroiler from Black Diamond (model Bdectc-16/Ng) has E.T.L.-approvals. A high-end kitchen essential, this charbroiler has high-grade stainless steel components (front, sides and backsplash) with a grill grate of heavy cast iron which is reversible and can be height-adjusted. This single-burner charbroiler generates about 30,000 B.T.U.s / hour; the rear-situated gas hookup is a.75-inch N.P.T. inlet. With its removeable stainless steel drip tray and sturdy construction, this versatile charbroiler will be a high-performing addition to any busy commercial operation.
