The seasoning can be used with fresh or smoked meats. When smoking meat with the Polish seasoning use Insta Cure™ No. 1 and Soy Protein Concentrate. Take seasoned meat and stuff into a 35-38 mm hog or collagen casing (Insta Cure™ No. 1, Soy Protein Concentrate and casings sold separately). Contains soy. Recipe on package, makes 50 lbs of sausage. 1 lb. 4 oz.
