You’re viewing our Sausage Maker Boudin seasoning – makes 50 lbs. Boudin is the Louisiana Cajuns' version of a Blood Sausage or Polish Kiszka. The Boudin seasoning creates a spicy Cajun sausage. The seasoning is often used for the bloody Boudin sausage or the non-bloody variety of sausage called Boudin blanc. This sausage is highly seasoned, the fatty pork used in this sausage can be substituted with liver or heart often used in Boudin sausages. Rice is also often used and works well for the bloody and milky Boudin recipes. The milky Boudin sausage has a shorter shelf life, freeze what you do not eat. Stuff Boudin flavored meat into a 40-43 mm beef rounds (sold separately). Contains soy. Recipe on package. Makes up to 50 lbs. of flavorful sausage. 1 lb. 8 oz.
