T.S.M.’s 20 pound electric Sausage stuffer (model 52002) is ideal for the professional production of sausages for and by commercial kitchens. This state-of-the-art stuffer has simple controls that you can operate in either of two ways: use the foot pedal or use the unit control switches. By varying the pressure applied to the foot pedal you can control the speed of the motor, leaving both of your hands free for dealing with the various casings, removing completed Sausages, etc. Or, you may prefer to disconnect the foot pedal and work with the sophisticated but simple controls on the stuffer’s console. There is a power button, a dial to control motor speed, manual overrides to raise or lower the stuffer piston and an “Auto Up” button. The stuffer also has a safety-enhancing Limit Switch, whereby the stuffer shuts off automatically when the piston is either lowered or raised all the way – and of course the housing completely and safely encases the motor. This stuffer has a stainless steel base and cylinder and comes with 3 stuffing tubes: 11/16", 7/8" & 1-1/4" (stuffer tubes are food-safe plastic).
