You’re viewing our Sausage Maker flat collagen casings – 90mm (3-1/2" x 24") – makes 70+ lbs. TSM's popular flat collagen casings are made for venison salami, hard genoa salami and soppressata. These non-edible casings do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature. Soak casings in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt prior to using. A single 24" casing will hold up to 5-1/2 lbs. of raw finished product, be sure not to overstuff casings. Casings are 24" long and 3-1/2" wide when stuffed. Includes 20 casings per package.
