These clear smoked collagen casings are ideal for making venison salami, hard Genoa salami and soppressata. TSM's collagen casings are made to be stronger and more durable to withstand tight stuffing without bursting. Comes with one end of each casing pre-tied with a loop for easy hanging. The casings are made of sturdy cattle hide and are edible. Keep casings refrigerated. The casings are edible, 20" long and approximately 5 lbs. when stuffed. 20 casings per package.
