You’re viewing our Sausage Maker mahogany pepperoni stick casings (1-1/2") 38 mm – makes 30 lbs. These TSM casings are synthetic and used when making pepperoni size sausage. The casing fiber runs lengthwise, making the casings strong enough to be stuffed tighter without the problem of breakage. No smoking is needed as the mahogany color simulates the color of smoke. The synthetic casings brown the same as natural casings and do not need to be refrigerated. Prepare your pepperoni casings by soaking them for 20-30 minutes in tap water prior to using them. The casings are approximately 1-1/2" when stuffed and 24" long. Stuffing capacity for these casings is approximately 1-1/2 lbs. The casings are not edible. Come in a bundle of 20 casings.
