You’re viewing our Sausage Maker deer salami casings 76mm (3") – makes 100 lbs. This TSM synthetic casing is used to make venison salami or a summer sausage type of sausage. The fiber in these casings runs lengthwise which makes them strong so they can be stuffed tighter without breaking. They smoke just as brown as a natural casing. Need not be refrigerated. Soak 20-30 minutes in tap water before using. Approximately 3" when stuffed 24" long. Bundle of 20. Not edible. Stuffing capacity: approximately 5 lbs.
