You're viewing our Sausage Maker hog casings 35-38 mm (1-3/8" - 1-1/2") makes 90 lbs. An edible casing, generally used for making knockwurst, Polish sausage and other types of sausages. Makes up to 90 lbs. sausage. 1 lb of meat will use about 2 feet of casing. Soak the hog casings then with the plastic still on, slide one end over the stuffing tube and remove the plastic on the other end. TSM natural casings hold ground meats securely in place to produce delicious, savory sausages every time. The package makes up to 90 lbs. of homemade sausage. Cannot ship outside U.S.
