Insta Cure No. 1 can be used on most meats, including ham, bacon, corned beef, poultry, fish, luncheon meats, pates and a number of other products. Formerly known as Prague Powder No. 1, it contains salt and sodium nitrite. To cure meat use 1 level teaspoon for every 5 lbs. of meat. 1 lb. of Insta Cure will process approximately 480 lbs. of meat.
