For cuts of meat that are more tender and delicious this device is a life-saver. While tenderizing tough cuts of meat it also reduces the food cooking time and allows meat to more easily absorb marinades and meat rubs. The unit blade tenderizer can slice through meat that is up to 1.25" thick; drop your meat portions into the attachment? top and the 31 super-sharp stainless steel blades do the work for you. The unit? stripper blades are removable and the stainless steel meat combs help keep meat from getting wrapped around cutting blades mid-operation; the unit comes with with safety tongs.
