Product Description
A heavyweight appliance, ideal for any commercial operation that needs large quantities of ice, this superb E.T.L.-approved ice maker, model Mim1000, makes approximately 1000 pounds of "dice"-shaped ice a day (cubes are.875" on a side. Water usage for this appliance for each 100 pounds of ice is approximately 16 gallons (or 60.6 liters. The unit's stainless steel exterior is extremely durable and easy-to-clean; the appliance has an air-cooled compressor and the unit features an auto cleaning cycle. Multiples of this ice machine may be stacked for increased production (an adapter, sold separately, is required for stacking. Operating on 230V/60Hz power (single phase), the ice machine has a Nema L14-20 plug and is E.T.L.-certified. Note: this modular ice machine is compatible with a large variety of ice storage bins, sold separately, but is expressly designed for the Maxx Ice bins BIN650 and BIN950.
