This 25 lb stainless steel meat mixer makes sausage making simple. Put the seasonings, water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle or attach it to a .35 HP or higher LEM Electric Meat Grinder for motorized mixing. Mix your sausage in just minutes! Hopper and 4 mixing paddles are stainless steel, making them easy to clean and rust resistant. Paddles are removable. Removable gear box for easier cleaning. Includes plexiglass cover. Tub size: 11"L x 10 1/4"W x 13"H.

For electric motor mixing, attach 25 lb Mixer to a .35 HP or larger LEM meat grinder. However, it Will not attach to models purchased prior to 2002. Motor is not included.
