Kitchenaid Water Jacket

They call it a water jacket because it keeps the liquids out.  Its part of KitchenAid's excellent commercial series of planetary/stand mixer accessories for use with the 6qt mixer model KP26M1XWH.   Another great product by KitchenAid in partnership with Fleetwood. Typically used for filling with either ice or hot water and dropping smaller another bowl inside of the ice or hot water to keep the contents of the smaller bowl cold or warm while preparing them or waiting for service.  Often used for creamy food items, its a useful tool for a myriad of use when cold or hot water is the ideal way to cool or warm your food.
