Simply place your large slab of kneaded dough into the pan of this durable tabletop dough divider and then lower the circular rack of stainless steel cutting blades down onto the dough: the knives easily divide the mass of dough into 30 individual, same-sized pieces. This sounds absurdly simple and it is but it's a big timesaver in a busy kitchen. The "large quantity" of dough that you divide can be as much as 6.6 pounds or as little as 2.2 pounds; the divided pieces will range from 1.16 to 3.5 ounces. The standard DMS-30 comes with stainless steel knives and pan, the rest of the device is coated in an attractive food-safe baked enamel finish.
