Fleetwood 12'' Automatic Stainless Steel Slicer - 1/2 HP

This full size automatic Slicer easily handles all jobs a full size unit should. Compact in design but not ability. The 12" stainless steel blade and full stroke carriage are perfect for Sandwich Shops, Restaurants or Caterers. Optional vegetable chute allows user to slice bulk items. Two motors guarantee no loss of power and continuous operation. 45 strokes per minute, manual or automatic slicing.

You can change from manual to automatic cutting even when the slicer is working. Two motors one for blade and a second for chain driven carriage insures easy slicing all products without loss of power. Auto carriage always stops in home position for easy loading of product. Optional tubular chute for bulk slicing of lettuce and vegetables. Optional fences for tomatoes and other products that need to be held firmly.
