Get the Alfa 140VBWL mixer bowl - a robust, NSF-approved stainless steel product for Hobart V1401, V1401U and HL1400N mixers. Does not fit Legacy models.

This mixer bowl (model 140VBWL), Nsf-Approved and meeting or exceeding all U.S. government specifications, fits classic Hobart V1401, V1401U and HL1400N mixers. Made of heavy gauge stainless steel (gauge 304 will not discolor any food product mixed in these bowls), the bowl's true one-piece construction and good-looking satin finish are hallmarks of the highest quality. Super strong, this bowl has a center support band and a thick ring on the base, guaranteeing support and stability. Alfa's aftermarket bowls are designed to fit Hobart Classic mixers generally acknowledged as the finest mixers ever made - it's fitting then that these bowls are the highest quality on the market today. This bowl does not fit on Hobart Legacy models.
