Optional Slicer Plate Kit The optional slicer plate kit includes a slicer plate and two spacers. The spacers may be placed in between plate and slicing knife to adjustt slice thickness. Without a spacer, the plate will make 1/16" slices. The spacers adjust slice thickness from 1/16" to 1/8" and 3/16" thicknesses.
