Sometimes all you need is a water boiler, and this Adcraft stainless steel unit (model WB-100) will more than fit the bill. ETL-listed, this high quality boiler is ideal for a church, cafeteria, self-serve buffet, etc. All parts of the unit are durable stainless steel and the base of the boiler holds an extra large waterproof heating element that distributes even and consistent heat in a range of 85 degree-220 degreeF (the lower, lukewarm temperatures give the boiler versatility, making it useful for keeping au jus or other sauces warm. The unit has a power indicator light (so you know when it's on) and a water level gauge (so you know how full or empty it is) and runs on standard 120V power. Equipped with a three-foot electric power cord (NEMA 5-15 plug) and heat resistant bakelite side handles for ease of portability, this superlative water boiler is simple, practical and efficient.

    Have only heated a small amount of water so far. Well constructed, thermally responsive, and stable with rubber feet pads. For my purposes, the water level reading in the sight tube is important but it is difficult to read because it is black.
