Adcraft's countertop electric griddle has a large 15.6" x 30" cooking area with 3" side and backsplash. Griddle plate thickness is 3/8". Temperature control switch adjusts from 120 degree F to 570 degree F. Comes with a bottom mounted grease collection pan for easy cleaning. NSF and CE listed.
