The fryer has graduation markings showing proper oil level for frying, and has heat proof drop handles for easy removal and cleaning. The fryer's temperature control switch lets you adjust temperatures from 120 degreeF to 375 degreeF degrees, the overheat sensor cuts off the power if the oil reaches 465 degreeF degrees. Comes with a nickel plated wire mesh basket with collapsible heat proof handle, a nickel plated wire mesh grate that protects the fryer's heating coils, and stainless steel cover. 6 liter tank capacity.
