This German-style mixed seasoning blend from T.S.M. (model 12-1032) is very popular with sausage aficionados and will help spice up your Octoberfest celebration (but don't wait for October it's great any time of the year. The one-and-a-half pounds of seasoning in this order will season about 50 pounds of ground meats and can be used in preparation of either fresh or smoked sausage. Note: we recommend using T.S.M.'s Insta Cure #1 (model 11300) & T.S.M.'s Soy Protein Concentrate (model 14100) when smoking your sausages. (Insta Cure #1 and soy protein sold separately..

Awesome Seasoning!
First time trying this sausage seasoning. Must say I am really impressed with the taste. I mixed about 55% deer and 45% pork butt. It turned out great! Can’t wait to try some of the others you have to offer.
