For busy chefs with a lot of ground meat to process, T.S.M.'s 110-pound electric meat mixer (model 44145 / 16-1212) is a godsend. This CE-approved stainless steel commercial grade meat mixer has been specially designed and constructed to quickly mix and blend up to 110 pounds of your meat, spices and other ingredients. The 1.5 Hp motor (belt and chain driven) runs on standard 110V wall current to power four sharp rotating blades mounted on the central paddle; the result produces a thoroughly and consistently mixed meat product in a very short time. This device is easy to operate the main controls are simply On/Off, Rotate, and Reverse and several safety features keep the operator securely out of the churn. Be advised to keep the lid closed at all times during operation, but you don't need to stop the machine to tweak your mixture: three ports allow you to add ingredients during operation. For easy and quick product unloading the stainless steel basin tilts 90 degrees (this makes for easy cleaning too). Note: for optimal results, do not run mixer with less than 55 pounds of meat in the basin. This machine ships by truck.
