The Reveo commercial vacuum pump removes air pressure, stretching and opening the fibers of food allowing the marinade to get to the core. During the tumbling process, the paddles in the rolling barrel flip the food and marinade, working to massage in the flavor, tenderizing the food as it drives juices and spices deep inside.
